Refurbishment Profiles

LNA draws on its design and project management skills for the conversion/refurbishment of a ship. The consultancy works closely with the ship owner, operator, contractors, Class society and suppliers to minimise costs and off-hire time throughout the refurbishment.

The tasks are typically interior and structural design, scheme of materials, furniture and finishes, specification and purchase of materials, authority approvals.

These kinds of projects are often characterised by short lead- and execution time in order to fit with limited seasonal off-hire periods.
